Yep...pretty easy to just "Google" them. I did and they come up as being in Summerville SC. I'll see if they would like to spread the word through OGR..!

Nope, we're done here. The best, closest that I can recommend is the Rail Yard in Roanoke, Va.

Too bad it's gone. When we'd come up I 95 to from FL to Boston we'd stop in Ashland
and have a nice lunch, watch the trains come down the middle of the street, and occasionally buy something in the train store.

Been going to the Rail Yard for a number of years.....even when I lived in Charlotte I'd travel to Roanoke and stop by.
Real train guys.....test tracks, used and new, lots of train stuff. Plastic models too.....even many I've worked on! A bit far from Richmond....but a good shop.
