Trainminder???

Trainminder can best be called an orphan program.  It has not been updated in several years.  Stephen Serenska who also did Train Tracker is the "father" of this program. I'm not sure what is going on but he has not been at York in a few years.  On a personal level, I know Stephen a long time and can't imagine what has effected his ability to support the program.

Does anybody have an update on Trainminder?  I note from their website that they announced they were not going to appear at Fall York 2012, but that they would have big news in two weeks via their website and email.  But I can't seem to find out what, if anything, was announced. 

Here we go again. If Trainminder works for you, you're lucky. If you have any problems with it, there are no updates and no support. Any promises made on their website will not happen. I don't know what happened to Steve. He's still around. I have seen him at TCA meets but have not confronted him about Trainminder. I gave up on that a long time ago. I'm still waiting for some bug fixes he promised me three years ago.

It's a complete rip off. Do not even think about giving them a chance I tried to file a complaint about them with the TCA over their ads on the quarterly The TCA couldn't take any action since there was no way to handle complaints against an advertiser. I did notice in the minutes of the TCA BOD meeting they discussed the issue of a certain advertiser getting complaints. I bet it was this rip off product they were referring to.
