Yes, that's right, the trains, that would be my 2 rail O scale and my G scale, are running around my 3/4 complete loop.  I used to have a complete loop and powering my trains via HO power pack.  Not a very good way to run O scale and especially G scale trains.  But, at that time, it was better than nuthin'.

But, today I was able to wire up my Z-4000 to power up my 2 rail DC O scale and my G scale tracks and test run some engines.  Man,  seeing those G scale monsters come to life made me feel great.

I could have just broke down and bought a DC power pack but I saw an article, in one of the other RR mags, on wiring up a bridge rectifier and DPDT toggle switch to change the AC output to DC and run DC powered trains.  Well, I just had to give it a try.  I spent most of the day wiring what should have been about an hours work.  And, after all that it didn't work.  Seems the fellow that wrote the article did not wire the DPDT switch correctly.  Hmmmmm,  what are the chances of that happening?  After some internet searching and rewiring... VOILA!!!!!  And the rest is history.   Now all I have to do is complete my loop of track and have some fun.
