I am heading to New Hampshire (from Maryland) in early to mid Sept for a week or so and was wondering if there were any shows/meets/etc. going on that I could drop in on while going up/there/coming back.  My schedule is very flexible, and I don't mind going a bit out of my way for a good train experience.

Thanks

Note: as far as I know, the historic trains that were at Edaville are gone. They were dispursed / auctioned off some years ago. The working narrow gauge engines went to one of the live steam places in Maine. I don't know which one.

Well the current situation there seems complicated.

Edaville is open and they have two steam engines. One British built ex pacific island cane engine and an American plantation engine that has been altered to look like a Maine two foot engine. They do give rides but they are in the process of becoming a Thomas and Friends theme ppack with kiddie Carnival rides and such Next month.
