Another awesome day attending Trainstock . My thanks go out to all the member of NJHighrailers for hosting such a great event. Looking forward to future visits
My first train stock experience and what a great one to remember. Great trains, great people and great stories. I'm posting some of my pics from the Transfer Table, Bascule Bridge and the Centipede made a couple of appearances as well. I think the EPA is going to send me a nasty note soon….Lucas you did a great job helping me with the transfer table and Centipede. Hope you can you join us one day!

Our famous winters in northern New England did us in again and we could not make it this year because of snow all weekend. However I did take a look at the NJHR new website and it is dynamite. Lots of pictures and it really tells a nice story of this wonderful club.
I understand Gerry Morlitz did the website work and he is to be congratulated for an outstanding job.
Another great event! Thanks so much to all the NJ Hi-Railers for your hospitality and hard work to pull off another great event!
It was great to talk to friends and meet new people!
Ben--we all missed you!

I want to especially thank Oakland O Guage for the time he took to teach my grandson Lucas how to be a real engineer. My grandson and I will never forget Trainstock Vi.
Thought I'd add some of my pix to the collection. Most of the photos of the layout are already here, so I'm adding pictures of the people who worked hard to make this an outstanding day, and those of us who were fortunate enough to attend.
Captain John, Me (Dotty P), Marty Fitzhenry, Mike Wolf, Jean and Pat Marinari, Erol Gurcan
Ted, Marty and Mike. Another football season reaches it's end. Gee Mike, where's your Dolphin spirit?

Not to be confused with these shells

Well as I stated, I arrived late @1:30pm at the tail end of the food. Food was still good and grate to meet some forumites again like ted, Matt, Marty Fitzhenry, Dotty, DL&W Pete, Traindiesel, Railride, Allentown, NJC Joe, Phil Gatto, Skip, and others that their names escape me at this time.
while I didn't take pics of people, I concentrated on some unique Korber buildings put together as well as some unique details. I will do better on the pics next year[God willing] Thanks again for a wonderful time.
Dave,
Great pictures. All that hard work to get the transfer table clean made it a great location for visitors to see trains in action on a great table.
The cloud of smoke made the scene outstanding and was a real attraction. I heard many comments on how "cool" and " I never knew it could smoke like that." Nicely done.
Kevin
Dave,
The EPA will see you at the club on Wednesday
Great shots and commentary Dottie

At least Mike was wearing Dolphin orange which is a former color of the Miami Dolphins. I can't stand their new uniforms and I am also a Dolphin fan.
Just wanted to thank the NJ Hi-Railers for another outstanding event. Everything was great from the layout to the trains to the food. It was great to see some old friends like Prrhorseshoecurve, TaycoTrains, and Bill (cnj). It was nice meeting some of the BDSofME members. I plan to take a trip out to see their layout sometime this year.
The only thing missing was Ben.
Great pictures everuone. Thank you for sharing.
Yes! A good day of trains will appease any football rivalry even if you're team lost on Sunday! I can't say much for the JETS who have not made the playoffs in 3 seasons now. Maybe, next year something us Jets fans have been saying for years now!
P.S. Marty- Mike Wolf wanted to know if this handshake was worth a $100 bet?
Freddy & I send our sincerest appreciation for an outstanding effort and our deepest gratitude to a great group of people. The only problem was trying to take it all in (the changes in the layout; not the food).
On Sunday, I went to the "World's Greatest Hobby" venue at Oaks, PA, which had 29,000 visitors the two days! The people were coming in at a steady and heavy flow even when I left after 2 1/2 hours. The first question from friends who had made the commitment to do the show Saturday & Sunday (keeping them from attending "Trainstock 6") was "How was the Open House?". The hobby seems to be growing again if the attendance is any indication and it's because of people like the N.J. HiRailers who are making it happen.
Looks like a great time, thanks for sharing pictures.
Thank you N.J. Hi-Railers for the great time my wife & I had. We were first timers and were amazed by the layout, fine food and warm friendships you provided.

Dave, my first one as a HiRailer, but I've been to several. You did a great job with the Transfer Table, and the centipede was great.
