I just received my Railking New York Central Hudson last week from Trainworld in New York. I put it on my track and it ran fine in both directions. But the sound was distorted and had a loud static. After double checking all my DCS setting, I decided to call Trainworld. I talked with one of their technical support people; all he wanted me to do is just return the engine to them. Then he sent me a free return shipping label. In three days sitting on my front porch UPS delivered a brand new engine as a replacement. That what’s called great customer service. And that’s why they will continue to get my future business.
