I'm looking at Bachmann's E-Z Street/K-Line By Lionel Superstreets system for layout in a space of 2x4 or 3x6 feet. Is it doable?

Yes, in either instance. It won't be much more than a simple loop because there are no SuperStreets or EZ-Streets switches available, but you can make up for that by creating a nice town scene with buildings, etc.
In the 3x6 you could even have two independent lines running.
BE carefull with EZ Streets. I tried them on my layout and found that the rails rust up if they come in contact with any moisture. They are thin sheet metal rails.

Thank you. It would augment my slot car track which is 1/32nd scale in 4x8 feet.
Hi,
Yes, you can use those systems or even use Atlas or MicroEngineering flex track if you have it handy. You can bring the turn radius down to 9" (O-18) and the trolleys will do fine. Also, if you use regular track, you can easily tie in to the rest of your trains if you wish.
