10 bucks can still bring thrills and excitement!!!...
at the last local train show ..small box of odd O gauge track surfaces
...Tru-Trak by Western Coil & Electric Co. ,Racine , WI.
Western Coil was advertising the track in 1933... Extruded solid aluminum rail, wood ties, wood base , real spikes , ballasted , fish plates and bolts .
Western Coil would offer the track in O gauge and standard gauge ...center 3 rd rail and outside 3rd rail.
Western Coil manufactured the standard gauge General Trains streamliners in 1934 ( 2 rail), O gauge Burlington Zephyr in 1935 ( center 3rd rail & outside 3rd rail).
With luck one day 2 more curve sections will surface to complete the loop.
Cheers Carey
