I have a Lionel Pacific with odyssey lurch that makes my heart jump and my neck snap just watching it on start up. The SKU number is 6-28067

I looked at the Lionel web site to order a replacement motor driver board but it is unavailable with a reference part number shown below. However when I search for the reference PN 691DCDSFP6  it says 0 items found?!

Can anyone help me pin point the location of this board or a different board in Lionel's part website that will work?  I would like to order a new board from Lionel so I can utilize the 50 percent discount they are having here soon.

Thanks,

Ok next PN question:

I am repairing another F3 motor with odyssey board. There is a repair kit with flywheel and separate sensor board.

The motor is is for a .326 diameter worm and the PN is 6208230100. What sensor board and flywheel part with the allen head key way do I buy to replace the obsolete motor assembly with integrated odyssey board?

Thanks.

This is what works for me.....  Just 75 Miles North of Metro Detroit

I am sure glad I live near Brassuer Electric Trains, Bob Brassuer, employs four Certified Technicians and his son is also a Lionel Technician at Lionel’s Main Office in North Carolina.

He stocks over 25,000 parts and is a long time sponsor in the OGR Magazine and in the OGR Forum Banner. He also has a large on line business for parts, service & sales.

Check out his information on one of his claim checks.  If you are ever in South Eastern Michigan, this would be a must stop.  His Train Shop, Sales and Service is located in a historic building, in down town Saginaw. There is also great rail fanning at The Lake State Railway Yard”.

Pete, your right.  I would.  But with the 50 percent sale I can fix my powered B unit cheaper. And it will stay in pace with the A unit.

Use this one; 691DCDSYU1 (the "U" stands for Universal, which means it works well with Pittman and Mabuchi motors. The P in 691DCDSFP6 is for "Pittman". The M in 691DCDSHM5 is for Mabuchi. The 691DCDSYU1 works for both motor types and will resolve your issue entirely.

If you are running with a Legacy remote, set your Cab-2 to "TMCC" mode in the engine menu and the lurch should pretty much disappear and give you much smoother start ups with earlier Ody I locos.

Thanks,
Mike
