Does anyone know where and when the 2014 TTOS convention will be taking place?

As I understand it, in 2014 the traditional multi-day TTOS National Convention will be replaced by a one day meeting in California to comply with California corporate law. The next full Convention will be in 2015 and the TTOS Board is discussing possible locations.
