I have two questions:
1. How long does the new Korber kit take to assemble. The old ones seemed to take folks a long time to build.
2. I already have an atlas O three stall roundhouse. Has anyone made that work with a bowser 32 inch turntable?

How long a kit takes depends on the builder and his skills. Also depends on how detailed you want to make it, inside and out. Korber kits are not too difficult to assemble.
Are you using an idex kit for the TT? You can always make it work, it really depends on how much room you have between the TT pit edge and front of the RH. The more space, the better.
I have built a few Round Houses and Diesel Sheds - the key issue is making sure all the pieces are flat, not curved or bent. I had a few that came with the part warped and it was a hassle to build. I had to use an iron to heat them up so I could flatten them with a weight. The other item, make sure the corners are square, file off or smooth the ends, follow directions. Strongly suggest some clamps, and a flat surface.
From a finishing perspective, Doug is correct - how do you want it to look. I found that painting prior to gluing and clamping worked well. I just built a 2 stall diesel shed for my friend, he wanted to paint it, so I delivered it to him completed. Total time - Football Games included and one Birthday party - about 8 hours from box to completed - ready to paint. The more you do the easier it gets.
Here is a link to the Korber 304 build instructions, from the Korber website.
The 304 kit is 3 stalls. There is an adder kit for one or more additional stall(s) 304A . There is also a Big Boy extension that extends the stall length. 304B
The instructions detail some options.
(1.) A floor.
(2.) Complete wood roof.
(3.) Gutters and Downspouts.
(4.) Wiring and lighting.
The 304 takes a lot of space (4 ft. X 4 ft.), as pictured below with one additional stall and the BB extension. The structure works best with a TT that is 30" diameter or more.
Here is a Link to my modular 304 build pictures. Includes all options listed, except wiring and lighting.
Rich has several Korber kits listed at 50% off. You may want to try a smaller Korber kit before this project.
Best wishes with your project.

Note on a smaller TT and the Korber House.
This is my layout Korber 304 that was matched to a Diamond Scale 27" TT. Note that the spur tracks don't align directly to the back of the bay, middle of the large space between windows. As I mentioned the Korber 304 was built for a 30" to 32" TT.
Note the left track close to the wall. Add a 5th or 6th stall the track alignment becomes a problem.
Picture also shows floor detail, not part of the kits.
Additional structural wood has been added to this model not part of the kit. Area is about 5 ft X 7 ft.

The key to getting any turntable to work with any roundhouse is the distance between the turntable and the roundhouse. This is all a function of the angle used for the roundhouse doors. Please look at the attached Korber pdf files.
If you choose to custom build a roundhouse, the angle can be set to minimize the distance between the TT and the RH.

Chuck:
Thank you for the PDF files. The problem with the Atlas roundhouse is that the angles inside the roundhouse are already set up in the provided base.
