I have my main loop wired with a two line yard, the yard lines are isolated with toggle switches. Any idea why there would be power, but no DCS signal. As soon as I back the consist onto the yard line the remote no longer responds yet there is power to the track.

Check to ensure that the wires to the siding aren't reversed, red and black.
Is the yard on a different TIU channel? Regardless, turn on the DCS signal on all channels;
Menu/DCS Setup and press soft key "AON"
I checked the wiring, I am only using one fixed channel on the TIU.
It happens right at the uncoupling track. I am using fastrack.
You might consider using a separate TIU channel to power the yard.
Is the connection to the siding before or after the uncoupling track? If before, test continuity, with power off, on the center and outside rails.
If any rail is not continuous, jumper that rail
If all rials are continuous, temporarily disconnect the power for the magnet in the uncoupling track.
