Yes, built almost exclusively from 'new very old stock', only new parts are some sheet metal and fasteners. Actually running out of a lot of the castings.

I just ran mine, and it runs grand, tracks beautifully. The daylight cars have a real presence stretched out on a long straight. It really looks nice on a layout.

Im getting wheel slippage at the top of a 2% grade, so Ill be adding some weight to the cab/motor. As noted above the loco is making a lot of gear noise . Undoubtedly being amplified a lot by the shell on the loco. I wonder if any of the vendors here on OGR have a Gyralight simulation that I can add to it....
