A couple of weeks ago I received a new Lionel SP F7 from Charles Ro. Put it on my layout and lights, bell, horn, etc. worked fine except it would not run. I could see the motor spin but no motion. Finally it leaped forward and stopped. I gave up, called Charles Ro and they sent a pick up ticket for it and today I receive a new set. Same thing all over again. This time I could not believe the locomotive was the problem so I got down on track level and really watched the thing try to move. I picked the loco up, put it in my foam cradle and notice the rubber on the tire was cut. I then saw that the cast in brake was hitting the rubber tire. I called Lionel this time and spoke with a very nice person at customer service who sent me to a technician who told me right away that the wrong size rubber tires had been installed at the factory. He had the folks send me the right size at once.

Bottom line, both Charles Ro and Lionel were on top the the customer service game. Well Done!
