That looks like it will make you dizzy watching a train go around that layout! I love the creativity of it. I could see the challenge of running three trains on it. All I can say is "Beep, Beep-Beep, Beep-Beep-Beep"

 

For those of you who need the reference...

 

 

The only drawback I see would be the length of the train, which would be limited by the lengths of the inner most loops.

smallest circle prior to a cross over is on O36, Circumference (train length) = 2(pie)r => 36in(3.14) = 108in, but since it's only a 3/4 circle =>81, but there's the straight pieces looks like two 10's and two 5's => another 30in gets us a train of 111in. Assume standard rolling stock is 10in per car (freight) that's 8 cars plus a caboose. Decent for the kids.

Our christmas layout had the three car RTR PE set and three box cars, a hopper and caboose going around a O36 loop connected to a 45 crossover.

 

Real limiting factor is what minimum radius of engine/rolling stock.
