April 1, 2014 - M.T.H. Electric Trains will be producing a number of uncataloged Ives tinplate products in 2014 beginning with No. 1134 Ives and Dorfan steam locomotives and matching 418 passenger sets. Each of these items, along with two different #89 Ives Water Towers are featured in the 2014 Ives Brochure, now available for viewing on the M.T.H. website.

M.T.H. Authorized Retailers will begin receiving their in-store counter copies later this week. M.T.H. tinplate mailing list subscribers will begin receiving their printed copies along with the 2014 Lionel Corporation Tinplate catalog the week of May 4, 2014. Please note that the in-store copies mistakenly show the wrong item number and description of the Dorfan locomotive that complements the Bonnie Blue Passenger Set. The brochure being mailed to subscribers and to dealers for their own distribution needs properly reflects the correct item number and description. The online version of the brochure also correctly identifies the locomotive.

If desired, you can also download the 2014 Ives Brochure by clicking here. Feel free to distribute the PDF to your customers by printing out the brochure or sending them the link. The early-order deadline for each of the items featured in this brochure is May 2, 2014.

As always, direct account M.T.H. Authorized Retailers can always check on open catalog order forms to order O Gauge items whenever they visit the M.T.H. Dealer Portal. The above items will be featured in the 2014 Ives Brochure order form beginning Wednesday, April 3, 2014. The order form can also be downloaded by logging into M.T.H. Dealer Portal and then entering the FTP site. Visit the MTH Catalog Price Guides folder and then proceed to the 2014 Guides folder. Inside of that folder, you'll find the 2014 Ives Brochure folder and in that folder you'll be able to download the 2014 Ives Tinplate Price Guide.pdf order form.

April 2014 HO Product Spotlight

April 1, 2014 - Each month throughout the year, M.T.H. will be spotlighting various items from our 2014 HO Gauge catalog. This week's feature will focus on select HO offerings including the all-new Dash-9 diesel locomotive. Each of these items are currently slated to begin delivering next July.
