You may need to be a Trains subscriber to view this. But things are progressing. Rob Gardner on the right is my neighbor who lives in Mass when he's not in Ohio.

Very informative video. Sounds like they have their act in order.
Thanks for posting that. Very informative, as Tommy mentioned. I saw a T1 at Hamburg, Pa. back in the late '80s, I believe it was. It was operated by the Blue Mountain & Reading RR. It made a trip to Philly about 1993. I missed seeing it as it came through Fort Washington. Is the 2100 the same loco ?
While at the B&O museum, in Baltimore last year, I saw a T1 on display. I'm not sure which one it is, of the three mentioned in the video, posted by Gary. I do know it was the one that hauled the Freedom Train in 1976. Due to it's position in the yard, I was not able to get a decent picture. But here's what I did get. It was rather sad to see it in this condition, which the photo doesn't really show.

Hi Dan,
No, it was 2102, which is owned by Blue Mountain and Reading. I missed her at Ambler as she could only go as far as the Ambler Freight Yard (parking lot) here they used the crossover and backed her back to Lansdale.
This was when we had the flood that took out the bridge in back of Pennsylvania Avenue in Fort Washington (behind the Hotel).
The T1 used for the Freedom Train was 2101, also used as the Chessie Steam Special.
2100 wasn't used until it was brought to Washington State, and then they messed her up converting to oil.
I truly hope she does get done, because my former neighbor, Herbie Hurt, was her engineer on the Rambles. I also have the O and HO scale models of 2100, which when I display them, show the photo of Herbie hanging out of the cab at Jenkintown on a Ramble. He is also seen on the Reading Rambles video in the window of 2100 backing through the Y at Hagerstown while double headed with 2102.
I want the engine in S Gauge, but the closest I can get the the Lionel Berkshire, which according to Wiswesser plans, is almost spot on.

Dan,
The one at the B&O Museum is 2101, which as you mentioned pulled the American Freedom Train as well as the Chessie Steam Special. It was caught in a roundhouse fire in the late 70s which ended her career.
