I'm going to put in a used car dealership. This is in S scale. I'm looking for a "string of lights" like the old dealers used to have hanging above the row of cars. Anyone know a source for these please?

Michaels has the Lemax lights on sale... both white or Christmas LEd types.
Do a Google search on "dollhouse Christmas lights" and explore what comes up. Most of the products have small grain of rice bulbs spaced an inch apart. Maybe if you can double the string back against itself it will narrow the bulb spacing. The bulbs will be too big and the wire too heavy but it might capture the look you want.
