Using Americtowne Flats with Miller Electric signs

I recently received a Miller's theater marquee and noticing that I needed to curve this strip with injuring

the electronic to work as blinking marquee. I created an arch with a 2" blue foam and shaped it to fit flat

building I'm using as my theater the material cannot take any type of glue, adhesive I have but, what I've

used was double side tape to stick onto the flat however, the Sign will not adhere to the foam. Question I have

is how can I stick this sign onto the blue foam with injuring the working mechanism? Or what other material

can I use to make the arch for the marquee?
