Pretty cool stuff Lee. Have you tried or considered installing something like a mini commander for TMCC control?

No.  There isn't any room even inside 'Streets cars and even this milk truck has very little room left (I installed supercapacitor "electronic flywheel" for smooth running and its full inside.  On large buses or trucks there would be room.  

Very very nice. I have about 12 Divco milk trucks on the layout and I am going to have to convert one of them.

One of your best yet.  Who doesn't love a Divco?

The Divcos are a favorite if mine and it is nice to see a conversion of one to Super Streets. Nice job, Lee.

Thanks for the compliments. My wife announced it is her favorite vehicle on the layout.  It is a very nice runner and just looks so . . . perfectly nostalgic.

Thanx for the post Lee, you never cease to amaze me with your skills and generosity. I'm a smidge too young to remember milk delivery, but absolutely love that conversion. I don't recall ever seeing a street legal vehicle that had a stand up drivers position.
i was wondering if you could elaborate on the super capacitor / "electronic flywheel" you used for this conversion? I have some budget Lionel & K-Line locomotives, they use truck mounted motors. They are decent looking enough and could use some "flywheeling". Just to give them a bit of an assist when running with their more endowed cousins.... Or, do you think something like this would be a non solution?
I'm still relatively new in O, so I apologize in advance if this is out of line or a asked many times before question.
