That is the railroad which Rev. W. Awdry used as the basis for the Narrow Gauge railway on the Railway Series (basis for Thomas and Friends). As I understand it, he was an active volunteer there (that might be him struggling with the switch while moving that freight car)

Don: You come up with the really neatest things. What a delight that little RR and the video is! Now, I understand that somewhere over there (I've never actually been over there) but on the Island of Man, they actually have a couple of electric RR's that run off of an overhead. Not quite our Milwaukee Road, but pretty neat, for sure.
