Vintage 4067 Steam Locomotive Headlight Info Needed

I have a friend who has a vintage locomotive headlight with the side glass number 4067 on each side. It was made by the Electric Service Supply Company and has the name "Golden Glow" on the plate along with type RA 368. It looks like it may be a top of or front top boiler mount. I would appreciate any help to try to narrow down what railroads may have had steam locomotives with the number 4067 and a link to any pictures.
