Attempting to program The Up Water Tender #809 with Flag. The book shows the Run-Program Switch on the underneath with a Min and Max, the volume pot. on the topside. The tender has only a Run/Program on the topside, no other switches on the underneath. I cannot get it to program, any help is greatly appreciated.

From your description of the tender does not sound like you have a Vision Line Tender. Is there a Vision Line serial number on the bottom of the tender? Is the flag painted on or is it separate magnetic pieces?

An actual product number should confirm the model.

I'm guessing it is the 2014 number 6-82396 rather than the Vision number 9131314. Correct?
