Vision Line GG1 stuck pantograph

The rear pantograph is stuck in the up position. It will not go down. Already tried a reset, it did not help. Suggestions?

Might need a pantograph driver board, $75 on Lionel site

Check the operation of the shaft that mechanically operates the pantograph. A friend of mine had one that needed a new bushing on which the shaft rides. He made a new one. Worked fine after replacing it.
