No Sound from engine, No Bell. I have sound from tender, and it smoke like a champ..No sound from engine or Bell..Tryed reset, spoke with trainworld service rep and lionel. Looks like its going back. Any suggestion before I pack her up.

It’s a long shot , there’s two ways to raise the volume on the Legacy remote. One is pressing Aux1 And the number one button. The second way is press the horn and then press the number one button. Make sure you press the number button several times
