I'm only there on Tuesday's.  The club president is also there on Tuesday's but is currently out of town until after York.  If you come on Tuesday there is no need for an appointment just come on by.  I am not an officer of the club and can not make arrangements for other days. If you have another day in mind you can get info at the clubs contact page http://www.sd3r.org/contact_info/contact_info.html  Please remember we are in a museum and there is a small admission fee.

Thanks for your interest.

Now that I am back from my trip to San Diego I would like to extend my appreciation to Big Dodge Train and the staff at the San Diego 3 Railers for their hospitality and behind the scene tour of the club layout. This is a first class model railroad club with a friendly staff that took the time to take me behind the scenes of the club layout. With plenty of scenic action & great trains running on the layout I could have spent the entire day or week. I should have packed an engine or two in my suitcase. The best part is being able to make new friends with club members from the east coast to west and share our interest. The invitation is extended to any member of the San Diego 3 Railers to come visit the Boston Metro Hi-Railers when visiting the Boston area. Thanks again everyone as this was certainly one of the highlights of my trip to San Diego.
