I made this panel meter template and thought that I would share with the forum. The panel is about 15 x 7.5 inches, but you can use the templates of the individual meters anyway you choose. Here are the links to the lightobject.com offerings for analog volt and amp meters.

The grey dots are the center points for drilling the mounting holes and for the pilot for the 2" hole saw. Be sure to make a small pilot hole prior to using the bit on the hole saw as this will help maintain the center. The page size is 11X17, but you can print it on two 8.5X11 sheet if you use the poster option in Adobe PDF. Also be sure to set the size to actual to maintain the proper dimensions.
