I just checked the Lionel shipping schedule and can't find the Wabash GP9 anywhere. Was it cancelled? BTW, was it supposed to have all the bells and whistles or was it just a re-release of the old conventional engine?

If they didn't say or post it was cancelled, its not.
As an example that last batch of GP-35's in the new catalog have never had a shipping date listed and some are already in.

I would call Trainworld or Charles Ro, or Maybe Lionel Customer Service and Find the Real Answer? No Guessing. That's a beautiful Color Scheme. Make it Happen.

I second contacting Lionel. They are the one's who would know for sure. Most of us are just guessing. Contacting Lionel first is always the best way of getting the right answer about Lionel product.

According to Charles Ro's web site, the Wabash GP9s show an expected arrival date of 6/10/13.
Local dealer says should be soon, they are listed as being in stock.
