Walkersville Southern Steam

The local tourist RR here in Central Maryland is the Walkersville Southern, based in Walkersville, Frederick County,MD. This volunteer operated RR runs on part of the x-PRR Frederick branch for about 6 miles.
For the last several years, the Gramling outfit has trucked in various small steamers for use on WSRR's trains, this year the last 3 weekends in May. The Lehigh Valley Coal Co. 0-6-0T#126 will return this year, Flagg Coal Co. #75 has also run in the past.
2 "railfan" specials are run during this time, at $20 they are of modest cost, and at least 2 runbys are included.

For whatever reason last year I didn't fire the 126. This year I'm scheduled to be fireman two runs (with possibly a third). Never done this before and am really looking forward to doing it. I'll probably photograph one or two trips as well.

FYI, we are just an hour from Washington and Baltimore. Nice ride with steam. One day will feature Civil War Reenactors as well.
