Always there is a corner to fill on our layouts, and are not always square. In real life happened the same, and the Flat Iron style building born.

The name Flat Iron is because the shape, associated to the appliance, some people say the name was given after the first building built on a corner called Flat Iron, in both cases the appliance shape is the reason.

With a foot print of:

2.00" in the narrow side

5.00" in the widen side

6.00" and 6.750" in the side.

9.00" Tall.

This building kit offers versatility. The design was made on a 0-31 turnout foot print to fill the demand of  turnout dead space, but keeping the look of the real buildings. The design allow  also to change the angled side to the opposite in case you need it.

Hi,

We will offer 2 types of floors, one with the same windows and other with round top windows. 

Multiples floor can be add with actually no limit but your ceiling.

If you move the roof trim up to the top of the 4th floor what will the joint between floor 3 and 4 look like?  Or if I order a four floor building will it be cut out of one piece?  I'm actually considering a 6 floor version...is that possible?
