There's another post going that suggests that new people may be turned away by posters here not having enough patience with them. The situation is always made worse when certain posters use any opportunity to flame things up.
I suggest a simple thing. Everyone here can help anyone in need. If you know something about the subject, and you realize there's not enough info, politely suggest to the new poster for more info.
That way when a tech, who is donating their time here for free, can make the best use of their time and not have to beg posters for info!
