This msg is for JohnActon, I fiound the PRR BP-20 info that you need about Fan placement in the OEM BLW BP-20 Operator's Manual and the Locomotive Workshop (LWS) BP-20 assembly drawings that I own.

I will digitize the BP-20 drawing enlarged section and post this evening...
