I just received mine as well, except for the gray MOW version which hasn't been produced yet. They are very high quality cars, with all separately applied details, trucks painted to match the body color, etc. I'm pleased, and for buying 13 of them, JD's gave me a good deal. Next time my S3 goes to the museum for open house day, a bunch of the ribsides will be going with it.

I agree, these are very nice as like Lionel’s X-31’s.

Based on the past posts I’ve observed, there seems to be a low interest of true O in 3 rail compared to the other posts. I guess 2r still dominates scale even today.

Price, space, realism and other factors may also play a part as to the low interest.

I have posted on several occasions; O gauge cars that I thought would be a big hit only to discover a lack of response.

It’s a shame that more people can’t seem to wean away from the other non-scale traditional items and make the switch to true O. But that’s what makes 3R so diverse I guess. True O is not for everyone, but the details sure are nice!

Once you invest in another scale like true O, it’s hard to go back to the old toy stuff.
