From what I recall, they didn't produce a separate owner's manual for each diesel engine. Attached is the only document I've ever seen.

thank you....this will help
so I have a weaver rs-3 that seems to be stuck in neutral...I have all the sounds of movement...but no movement...any thoughts?
Thanks for any help
The e-unit in your locomotive alternates between three states: forward, neutral, and reverse. You may deactivate the operation of the e-unit by moving the PROGRAM/RUN switch to the PROGRAM position. This allows you to lock out directional control in conventional mode. The FULL/SIGNAL switch is used to select between full Railsounds 4.0® and simple sounds (horn and bell only).
What motor(s) are in the unit? Is it one horizontal motor mounted in the middle of the frame, or 2 vertical motors, one on each truck?

Probably the first question should be are you trying to run it in conventional or command mode?
Thank for the follow up guys... it is two motors...and I have the ability to run in both...and could get neither conventional or command to work ...however I will be touching base with some helpful info later today...Thanks again for reaching out.
Since it is 2 motors, it is a later version. Good! That also means it is most likely TMCC, also good. If the manual and the help here don’t work, reach out to GGG or gunrunnerjohn. They know a lot about fixing TMCC issues.

The gears could be frozen.
