Going thru my older shelf engines to see if they still run. Have a Weaver rs3 from probably the 80’s with a broken drive train. Is there still a repair for it. As I remember it was a nicely geared slow running engine. Tom

Hi Tom, My suggestion is to contact Harmon Yards on here. Pat Norcross just regeared a steam engine for me and it required a new drive shaft. Pat will have what you need. If you have any trouble contacting him , reach back to me. Bill
P&D Hobby Shop carries Weaver drive components. The retail store is closed, but they are still online. I'm sure the forum gods (or wannabe's) will delete my reply if I post a link, so just Google the name. They also still answer the phone, which would be your best approach.
The parts that break are quite cheap if available. I just got some parts from P&D recently so most are still availble.
