I've discovered that one of many ways to enjoy a limited size layout is run lots of trains! With TMCC and Legacy, that is easy to do. Here's 5 in action on three lines. I call it "Steam and Diesel: Smoke and Sound."
Here is a video I did on the subway line serving my Chicago Union Station. Cannot explain why a New York City subway is running in Chicago, but what the heck!
