Thanks, Jeff.  A New York Central American Flyer S Gauge Hudson was my very first electric train.  This model shows real value can be found in older MTH models with batteries.  The MTH 5344 Hudson was one of their first steam engines, cataloged in Fall 1996 and can be found on their Product Locator.  It was built before they offered sound but it does have Proto Sound.  After Thanksgiving break I will add a video, yet to be made, of 5344 pulling the all Pullman Commodore Vanderbilt - one of its regular assignments in the "real" world (though, in the context of this model, before all the ugly shrouding was applied to poor 5344!).  Have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving holiday!

Here are three videos shot on the Independent Hirailers Midwest Division layout during Trainfest weekend.

This Milwaukee Road S-3 and caboose were recently weathered by me for Sasquatch.  The train is also weathered and owned by me.

The next video is my 3rd Rail Northern Pacific Z-8.  Same train as above.

This scene was created by Ed Opyd and Rich Trowbridge of the IHMD crew, called "Halsted Street".  The concept was shamelessly stolen from the Midwest Mod-U-Trak HO layout that toured midwest train shows for many years.

Regards,

Alex your layout looks great! It really shows how good realtrax can look with some scenery I use Realtrax too and love it. I also love the turntable it's one of the most realistic I've seen in O. Keep up the good work
