It's 1953, and un-named Train No.3 -- what remains of the once-proud California Limited -- splits the automatic block signals as it passes over U.S. Highway 82, approaching Caprock, Texas.  After a short pause at Caprock, No.3 will continue on to Lubbock and to Clovis, NM, where the passengers will be able to get a hot meal in the lunch room.  The train is no beauty queen, but the head-end business is very profitable.

tom, great movie. I'm very interested in the bridge. It' teriffic. What did you use to construct it?

Glad you like it.  I wish I could say that I created the bridge, but it's a TW Trainworx product.

Tom,

Well, they did a great job. That over pass bridge is  sweet.  Thanks

No movie thread for this weekend, so I'll continue this one.

The primary electric locomotive on the FH&J RR is the Lionel New York Central S-2 no. 125 with TMCC. Here, it is pulling a short train of boxcars and reefers on the mainline. It gets briefly held up by the Broadway Limited, made up of a Williams Crown Edition Pennsylvania K4s streamlined Pacific and Hogwarts Express coaches. But NYC is quick to get moving again and finish the job.
