Back in 2004, I purchased a Lionel PRR RS-11 which came with Odyssey. Four years later, they reissued the same engine in conventional along with a dummy unit and I purchased the dummy unit to pair with the powered unit. Then in 2012, they reissued it again with Legacy in two numbers, along with a dummy unit. I purchased a second powered unit as I run long trains and prefer to pull them with two powered unit. Unfortunately, the Legacy and Odyssey units ran at different speeds and would not lash up together.
Then, by sheer chance, I came across the second road number of the Legacy version at the Greenberg train show here in Pittsburgh last weekend. I grabbed it, and FINALLY, after all these years, I can create a lashup with two powered units and a dummy that can actually operate correctly. Here are a few pictures...

Running the EL geeps this week and adding details as I make my way around the layout doing scenery. I don't add the snow until I finish a section (less mess that way), so these pictures offer a nice contrast of summer/winter

@DaveSlie Interesting (to me) that the smoke looks yellowish instead of the normal white color that we see. Or was that just some optical illusion?

No, just an odd white balance on the iPhone

Definitely a very attractive patriotic paint scheme!

How did you do your marquee for your theater? Is it a solid decal?
I have the original Palace theater from Walthers and I don't like the individual peel and stick letters they gave you.
I'd like to be able to change out the shows being played for Christmas movies and other movies.
