Weekend Photo Fun has begun early. I have to run to Columbia, SC in the morning before going to the Lionel Warehouse tomorrow night. I will be checking people in at the LCCA table tomorrow evening.

I have been traveling all week, my only train day has been at the club working on the tinplate layout expansion. Tuesday night Joshua and I finished the bench work and now have a 10 by 8 foot expansion table in the next room.

Let's see your pictures.  I sure hope they are better than the ones I just posted.

Thank you Peter for sharing the pics and videos of York.  Never having gone at least I get to see what I'm missing.

And along those lines I was all set to share pictures from the very fun to attend Ashland Train Day.  Alas, only one picture came out unless everyone wants to see photos of my thumb or the back of someone's head.

What scenery product did you use to get the realistic concrete effect? It is the best I have seen!

It is early morning in late 1949 and a doodlebug is heading out a branch line with only a few passengers.  The Pennsy would have abandon this route by now if it were not for the U.S. Mail contract.  Like nearly all Pennsy gas-electrics, this doodlebug, a Brill 660, was upgraded with a diesel engine after the 1940 Cuyahoga Falls collision that killed 46 people.  35 of the passengers died due to the gasoline fire that resulted from the collision.

Not a thing wrong with your pics, Scott. I always enjoy seeing pics of you, or Joshua, or you and Joshua together, enjoying the hobby.
