The actual NW #1776 was a SD45.  I assume this is a picture of that engine.

A couple of weeks ago, fellow forumite Tiffany was inquiring about a UP Caboose to go with her infamous Challanger. I happened to have a UP Bay Window in need of a good home. She adopted it and from the looks of things has been having a great time.

These are pictures she sent me. She's added MTH trucks, lighting, Frame details and frosted windows. Looks nice behind that Challanger.

A busy day in the toy train world.

Some pics of our last visit to Greenville.  It's a really nice museum.  Small, but easy to spend a couple of hours there.

Trying to post a picture of a Mo Pac Caboose I spotted in Plant City FL.  lets see if this works.  nope!

LOL cannot copy the picture from google maps.  finally figured it out!

It's across the street from a Walgreen's and belongs to a Dentist - A sign says "The Tooth Caboose."

The prototype was an SD45.

Found in NYC photo archives, thought it looked a bit like the NJ highrailers subway.  It's the 9th ave EL at 66th street taken in 1933.

My favorite Helocopter of all time.... a Huey heads down the line.  (I'm going to add some wood supports for the tail and rotor soon which is lying on the back end.

The Alaskan Coast Guard is looking forward to getting some new equipment heading its way!

Walt....I love what you did to hide the round circuit board of your Christmas tree. Mine is on a round pedestal as well but it is just painted black. I may have to turn "copy cat" and use your idea!

Here's my 224 after restoration and pulling a load.

c.sam: yes, the E-7 is a Williams; Williams also has produced their PA's in Gulf, Mobile

& Ohio. The GM&O decoration on the PA is a bit more finely done than on the E-7's, but still appreciated by those of us connected with the GM&O. I have both, of course.

"B" units were also offered, but the GM&O had neither E-7B's nor PB's. MTH also

offered an Alco GM&O DL109 "B" (actually called a DL110), but they had only DL105/109

"A" units.

The Williams E's look pretty good, though (for diesels!). I've seen a pair converted to PS2. Nice.

Doctor Peter, is that the new Legacy set where you can download files from the internet?

Charlie, love the old west cattle drive town, very imaginative and well layed out.

That's from the MPC unit set of those hoppers. You should look into it if you don't know about it already, they sell pretty cheap nowadays. I got mine factory-sealed for $200.

Here's some photos of my layout taken by Kerriann Flanagan Brosky during her last visit with her sons Patrick and Ryan.

c.sam....the E-7 is a Williams unit.  I have the A-B-A and it is a beautiful set.  When it is lowered a bit, it looks better OR one can attach the pilot to the frame as well.  I also have two sets of the matching Williams passenger cars and combined together make a very handsome train.

Here's a custom painted Williams 2-8-4.  Started out lettered for Luxury Lines (yuck).  I much prefer the non prototype Maine Central.  After all it's a toy train.
