Scott,
Is that layout open to the public during museum hours? Looks very well done and would like to see in person one day.
A 2016 Christmas layout memory
Last week I started with images of the 4th season on the layout - Fall/Halloween. I stumbled upon the images shown here - I only had 2 derailments the entire Christmas season - as Murphy's law would have it look where both occurred!!! See the last picture for an overall perspective of the wrecks. It took me quite a while to clear them up.

While working on signal wiring, I ran a few engines that hadn't been out for a while. Here's a favorite of mine, a MTH-Rail King B&P GP9. I really like the engine sounds and horn on this little geep.
Eventually the area to the right will be filled with a steep hillside, and the tracks will be in a deep cut. All the better for the labored sound climbing the grade.
Looks great Anthony!
Here is a view of a Mopac mixed freight on the Austin Tinplate Trackers layout last weekend at the CentraMod Show in Temple, TX.
Here's a couple of fairly accurate Virginian cabooses.
The steel one on the left is a repainted Weaver brass N&W caboose, the wooden one on the right was scratchbuilt by OGR's own Brother Love.
