Hopefully, it was fresh water, & hopefully you don't have a lot of minerals in the water.  If you have compressed air, I would blow air gently through it with a blow gun, gently enough not to move parts.  If you don't, I would leave it right in front of a small fan in a warm (room temp) place.

 

If you have a lot of minerals in the water, I'd consider rising it first in distilled water, which you can get at many grocery stores.

Rice absorbs moisture.  In order for this to work, you dump it into a bunch of rice ina sealed container, and it will suck the moisture out.  You need to leave it for some time, at least a few days.  However, I'd first use compressed air to blow as much moisture out from under any components.

 

Another effective remedy is dunking it in an alcohol bath and then drying it.  Alcohol combines with water and then you can quickly dry the board.  After that, a few hours in a warm oven at 125-150F will finish the process.

Sounds like your baking a Christmas cake; plenty of alcohol and bake until everything is just right
