I already have a Cab1-L/base 1-L but I am trying to see what features I would gain by upgrading to either the full 990 system or the iCab app. Thanks.

These are off the top of my head. I don't have a Cab1L yet so my knowledge is limited but those are the points I can talk to. Other can chime in.

Doesn't the Cab-1L have 100 relative steps?
Since the CAB1 only does relative steps, it has all the relative steps you like. The only difference in the CAB1 between CAB1 and R100 is the graphic features with the throttle graph and the keypad icons.
