Nose Art cars are on the way. Should be here Monday.
What parking lot and saucer David, I missed it.
Both flats with trucks and a couple Western Pacific gondolas. The cow catching flying saucer will also be on the to buy list.

The parking lot will be out later in the year, it has 4 levels and looks pretty good in the pre-production model.
Also later this year is a model of a flying saucer taking cows into the saucer. I could do without all the printing on the top of the saucer but that could be changed by the buyer.
There are pictures in another thread about the Menards show that was last weekend.

Dave: the parking garage is on track for the fall of 2019. Bob
The flat with the REA truck. No room on my small layout for any of their buildings.
Nothing at this point...more for you guys!
I am going to order the flat cars with the Pepsi truck and the REA truck. I just want the vehicles but am going to wit till Menards opens in July of this month in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio to have them sent there rather then to the store in Massillon Ohio. Going to be nice to have Menards only a few miles away.............Paul
The UFO, but I wish Menards would take off the silly wording on top.
Guess I'll have to paint over it.

At the Menards Train Expo, all the new cars ran for over 18 hours with NO problems .
I may get the flat cars just for the 2 old trucks. The trucks look great.
CABINET BOB,
Will Menards be announcing any other new design freight cars this year? I'm still hoping for a double door stock car and a bay window caboose.
NADA
The sash factory is solid. I will be getting that in HO for dads layout and possibly in O if I can make room.
18 Hours, that's a good amount of time! sounds like good track laying and good cars to me!
Mike,
I have allot of Menards cars and they all run just fine. Some may need a little tweaking but I have had only a few that needed tweaking. Really good cars.
Dave
I;m late to Menards and being late, I missed out on the first set of nose art boxcars. I already have the second set and the third set is on its way. Now I'm looking for the first set of nose Art boxcars, any suggestions??
UFO!!
I just received six new lighted Cars and trucks with a couple of splitter harness.

Dave, I have a bunch also, just no layout to run them on as of yet! LOL
A lot of my railroad friends buy Menards buildings, cars, and other model train related items, and to be honest, they look great. I am at the end of the line as I am selling most of my collection, and will not be buying new buildings, or their line of freight cars. I do have some BTO Lionel items coming and will continue to trade, but no new lines. I think Menards has added a lot of nice products to our Hobby, and all at affordable pricing. Great thread, Happy Railroading.
I just took delivery of two Pennsy gondolas today. I am a boxcar red kind of guy, so the flashy cars don't appeal to me. However, the graphics on those cars are great for less than $20 cars. I do have about a 10 or so boxcars, a couple of the flat cars with jeeps, a flatcar with cable reels, the Menards Hobby Shop, and the Watkins Block. I sold a couple of other buildings because they just took up too much room on my small layout I'm starting to build. They were great buildings however. I had one wobbly truck which I fixed. Overall, I have been very pleased. Excellent products for the price.
I recently purchased the military flat car with the two jeeps and one with a half track; also Milwaukee Road and The Rock box cars. A couple months ago it was the Vetter sash factory. Next up is likely another building; haven't decided which one yet.

Boy, I hope forum member ADRIAN gets a cut! Cow abducting UFO
Ummmm. Everything... LOL
Dad, before you know it we will be calling you the Larue Shemp of collecting Menards. Prototypes, variations and things made especially for you.....LOL.........Paul
I had to look that one up, Paul. But after seeing the collection, I agree with your statement!!
Paul2, what are you talking about? I am sure he has everything Menards has offered! and some they haven't! But that's what you get for being a dad to a lot of wacko's like us! LOL
Wackos like is!! Yes, you are right, Mike!
Originally, I was going to say nothing, but Paul pointed out the well car may be from the old Right of Way tooling, thus scale. I agree, that's what they look like. Put me down for a 4 pack.

LOL I knew someone would agree with me! I guess my wife is right, that I am crazy for spending so much money to build a room just for trains!

Thanks David.
Since many of the ATSF stuff seems to sell out, I ordered (and already received) my gondola. Thinking about replacing the trucks, but as I posted in another thread, the grommet head is not visible in the gondola body (entombed in plastic). Not sure if its viable to just drill it through, or just leave them be.
Tubular Track!!!!! :-)
