Those 5B test sets are rather difficult to find.
IMHO, the only way to determine the value would be to sell it in a well advertised auction, such as Stout.

(There were six different models: 5, 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D and 5F)
Don, that is a 5C. I use one daily when repairing/servicing trains.
