Talk about being (well, I better not say it. Would probably get in trouble), I purchased an Atlas 60’ baggage car and when it arrived two of the steps were broken. No big deal, I’ll contact Atlas and purchase two replacements.

I have been emailing back and forth with some troglodyte in Atlas customer service and his last email he told me just to glue it. I kid you not! I looked on the web site and even gave him the part number of the ladder.

If this is how they treat customers, well…
