Don't know but Tegucigalpa is in Honduras so that certainly is an interesting route.
Found this timetable for the prototype Penn Texas but no side trip to Honduras
Since it goes through Albany, its got to be NYC.

OK, but the New York Central didn't go thru Chicago, to St Louis, to Dallas, to San Antonio, to El Paso, let alone Honduras!
Maybe its AMTRAK? Except for the honduras stop......... of course

Alright, I meant NYC from NYC to CUS, then Santa Fe from CUS to El Paso. I don't know about Honduras, maybe a TWA Flight connection??

But the Santa Fe didn't go to San Antonio nor El Paso, at least with a main line passenger train.
I live 30 minutes outside of Ashtabula, Ohio & let me tell ya- Ashtabula to Honduras via El Paso would sure be handy!
Hmmm, was there an "original 3 stooges movie"?
Also please note that the station for Sing Sing is Ossining.
I passed through a place called Encinal on my way to San Antonio once. Could just as well have been called Devil's Gulch.
There's a railroad movie forum somewhere. Try that!
