I have a third gen iPad that can no longer be upgraded, my limit is 9.3. But it is still good for my own private use.
I have heard that the newest Amazon Fire may be the best, am I right? I don't want to spend allot of money beings I'm only going to use it for my trains and wifi.

Thanks for your help. It will be a little while before I get the tablet and the wifi but I will most likely pick up the Wifi at York and then pick up the tablet. I'll be in touch.

The DCS WiFi Companion 2nd Edition has detailed instructions for loading the DCS App on a Kindle Fire. While not a very difficult process, it is somewhat exacting. However, it only needs to be done once.
