Right of Way Industries made a Dockside switcher a while ago. Has anyone added TMCC to the little engine?

I've put TMCC into the MTH Dockside switcher, it's pretty similar. I'm 99.99% sure that's a DC motor, so there's no reason you can't power it with something like the ERR Mini Commander 2.
A DC can motor, for sure. Also, FYI, these were built by Ajin of Korea.
May need a Mini-Commander; but these are old (by electronics standards) locos with what I assume is a relatively large reversing unit, so there should be room for ERR cruise.
Sound? Not so much, I'm thinking. Too bad, as these already have a 4-lobe axle cam and micro-switch for the ROW B&O brass "sound boxcar" that was offered back when.
You could add a small tender for sound; many tank locos had tenders added at various times in their lives. Not sure that the prototype tank loco for this model did.
The antenna on this all-brass model? I have no idea (maybe see tender idea, above).

I have one; runs really well; proper gearing. I'd love to put ERR in it, but I'm getting less and less productive.
The difference in size between the MiniCommander II and even the CC-Lite is significant. Obviously, the CC-Line would be the best choice. Of course, if there's room for the CC-Line, the MiniCommander and the RS-Commander should fit for command and sound.
